TallyMoves 5 Year Anniversary YE Concert Giveaway

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored and administered by TallyMoves LLC ("Sponsor"). TallyMoves LLC is a Florida limited liability company.

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open only to legal residents of Florida and Georgia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, representatives, affiliates, and immediate family members of TallyMoves LLC are not eligible to participate.

This giveaway is void where prohibited, restricted, or otherwise regulated by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins upon publication by TallyMoves LLC and ends on June 21 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

4. How To Enter

• Follow @tally.moves on Instagram.
• Tag the person you would attend the concert with in the comments.
• Comment your favorite Ye song on the giveaway post.

Participants must complete all required steps to be eligible.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive tickets to attend the YE Concert in Tampa, Florida at Raymond James Stadium on Friday, June 26.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or substitute prizes.

Travel, lodging, parking, food, merchandise, transportation, and all other expenses are solely the responsibility of the winner unless expressly stated otherwise by TallyMoves LLC.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected by TallyMoves LLC from eligible entries. The winner will be announced on June 22 and contacted through Instagram.

The selected winner must respond within twenty-four (24) hours of notification. If the selected winner fails to respond, is ineligible, or declines the prize, TallyMoves LLC reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. Publicity Release

By entering, participants grant TallyMoves LLC permission to use their name, Instagram username, likeness, city of residence, comments, photographs, and related content for promotional, marketing, advertising, and publicity purposes without additional compensation, notice, or approval, except where prohibited by law.

8. Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless TallyMoves LLC, its owners, affiliates, representatives, employees, partners, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, damage, claim, or cause of action arising out of participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

9. Compliance With Laws

This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any attempt to tamper with, manipulate, or undermine the legitimate operation of the giveaway may result in disqualification and legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Ye, Raymond James Stadium, Ticketmaster, or any affiliated event organizer. Participants understand they are providing information to TallyMoves LLC and not to Instagram.

11. Right To Modify or Cancel

TallyMoves LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, or terminate the giveaway at any time due to technical issues, fraud, unforeseen circumstances, legal requirements, or any other reason that may affect the integrity of the giveaway.
