By: Jordan Jackson
The anticipation is finally over. Florida A&M University has officially released its artist lineup and opened ticket sales for the highly anticipated 2026 Homecoming Concert. For weeks, campus chatter centered on one hot question: who could possibly top last year’s concert? Judging by the immediate reactions on social media and at the first home game, FAMU has done it again.
This year’s stage brings a dynamic high-octane talent to Tallahassee. The roster features hip-hop heavyweight Gunna, chart-topping R&B sensation Summer Walker, and Atlanta rap legend T.I. Rounding out the lineup is rising artist Bellygang Kushington, best known for creating the viral TikTok sound “WTF GOIN,” which took over timelines and feeds over the past few months.
The energy inside the arena promises to be electric. With a diverse musical lineup spanning classic Southern sound, smooth R&B ballads, and trap hits. Students and guests will be more than ready to pack the venue and sing along word-for-word with their favorite performers.
The concert is set for Thursday, October 22, 2026, at 7 p.m. inside the Al Lawson Multipurpose Center.
Tickets are officially available for both FAMU students and visiting guests. Prices range from $75 to $290, giving concertgoers a variety of seating options to choose from, depending on their budget.
The concert serves as one of the major events of FAMU’s Homecoming festivities, which will run from October 18 to October 25. Throughout the week, the campus will host a packed calendar of traditional events, alumni reunions, tailgates, and the annual football game that defines FAMU Homecoming.
Stay tuned for more information about the week-long events.
